Strengthen communication with users, and wholeheartedly provide our customers with excellent products and perfect services. Hereby our factory makes the following commitments:
Product Standards:
The products are designed, manufactured, and accepted in strict accordance with international standards such as ISO、GB、DIN、IDF etc.
Pre-sale service:
Product introduction, technical exchange, non-standard product design, troubleshooting.
In-sale service:
Keep promises, guarantee timely delivery, and keep in touch with customers at any time. For special or replicated products, our factory arranges technical personnel to perform product use and troubleshooting for users
After-sales service:
1. Under normal conditions of use and non-human damage, the product quality period is 12 months from the factory, and the "three guarantees" service (refundable, replacement, and warranty) is implemented.
2. During the use of the valve, our factory regularly organizes technical and quality inspection personnel to visit and solicit feedback from users on valves quality, use status, improvement opinions, etc., in order to further improve quality.
3. Respond quickly to user complaints about quality problems. After-sales service personnel rush to the scene within 24-36 hours (48 hours outside the province).
4. For after-sales service, users are required to fill in the quality feedback information form after the service and make appraisal opinions in order to improve our service quality.
1. If the customer has special requirements for the valves, the following instructions must be provided in the order contract:
a. Face-to-face dimension;
b. Connection standard;
c. Nominal diameter, full-bore, reduced-bore, pipe size;
d. Operating medium, temperature and pressure range;
e. Test & inspection standards and other requirements
2. Our factory can configure various drive devices (actuator) according to the specific requirements of customers.
3. If the customer provides a certain valve type and model, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition that both parties understand and agree.
4. For futures and order customers, please call us to tell in detail the required valve model, specification, quantity, delivery time and location, and remit the total 30% deposit or the full payment to our factory account in time, and the rest of the payment Remit before shipment, so as to arrange shipment in time.
